Welcome to Bexley RFC U10 section, where you will have opportunities to play contact rugby and learn and improve your skills throughout the season. At the club, we will teach you new methods and techniques to help you enjoy the game and play with your teammates in training and in matches with other clubs.

All abilities are welcome, both boys & girls, and we encourage all our players to come along and participate with the others. Our training is on Sunday mornings, starting at 10am and we aim to finish around 12pm.

Here at Bexley RFC, we follow the Kids First program from the RFU that creates a great rugby environment by putting children at the heart of everything we do.

We teach our rugby in accordance with Age Grade regulations from the RFU. This means we are player-centred and development-driven in a fun and active way.
